designed by margus triibmann for keha3, branch streetlight borrows its shape from the crown of pine trees, imitating its for via powder coated aluminum wannabe lighting fixtures; each element consists of a joint enabling directional adjustment to suit its specific context. this means the lamp can be employed for both functional and aesthetic purposes, illuminating a roadway or an adjacent spaces simultaneously. each assembly features a clean lines due to embedded electronics and high quality finishes. KEHA3’s exploration of branch shaped lighting fixtures has previously been profiled here on designboom.
the organic form blends seamlessly with natural setting
the directionality of the elements projects an ethereal beauty
the slender form and black paint job give the impression of lights suspended in air
by emulating organic forms the lamps do not detract from the natural landscape
