The housing program meets the functional and dimensional requirements initially established by the owner.
The type corresponding to the single-family dwelling between party develops according to the location of the property in the historic old town and the implementation of the urban parameters of this zone ordinance.
The building has conditioned its geometry by the irregular shape of the dividing walls that limits and defines the outline of the plot, so that it attaches to the right dividing wall, as it’s more uniform and resolves its geometry more freely into the courtyard answering the broken and curved shape of the dividing left.
The ground floor is projected as a continuum, which runs from access to housing in the halt. From it, it’s possible to continue on to the yard, or join rooms that we call housing protected, meaning the yard like a more even though to inclement weather. The ground tours are therefore many and allow the inhabitant of the house stand for different activities throughout the day in a different way, depending on the light allowing different views of the courtyard.
The remaining small courtyard at the back of the property is a vanishing point of the interior of the house.
